Matka (meaning pot in Hindi) is a chakra cleaning technique.

Please notice that there is not direct record in Shri Mataji's lectures, but it is widely used in the Sahaj world.

Here are some details about how to use this technique:

Put seven lemons and few chilies in front of the photograph overnight to be vibrated.

For the lemons, cut a little of the skin, where the stem was.

Put the lemons and the chilies in a clay pot. Add water so all the fruits are touching it.

Put the pot in front of Shri Mataji’s photo, for the day.

Before going to bed open the pot and place the pot near your head or under the bed, if possible.

Now the vibrated lemons and chilies will absorb the negativity.

In the morning cover the pot, without looking inside.

Repeat for seven nights.

When treatment is finished, offer the whole pot to the river, or bury it.
