Yoga is the union with the Divine or the Self which is the Divine within.
In simple words, (yoga) is taking your attention to the spirit. This is yoga. What does the Kundalini do? She raises your attention and takes it to the spirit. Only after knowing the spirit, can you know God. (Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi 9 October 1981)
