Yoga means “union,” union of the individual self with the all-pervading energy of the Divine, which is pure love. Sahaja means “born within” and “spontaneous.” Sahaja Yoga has as its starting point spontaneous Self Realization.
Sahaja Yoga means we are one. We are all Sahaja Yogis. But not separately. Together."
